"I took my 2001 Bonneville in for service because it quit running. There were some initial problems and delays in troubleshooting the bike. Once Harrison got involved, everything went as smooth as clockwork.
I too am in the service industry and I understand that sometimes things go wrong. What matters in those instances is how the situation is handled. While I was not happy regarding the service I initially received, in the end my concerns were addressed and I received exemplary customer service. "On 6-15-2012 I purchased a used BMW that I found on Cycle Trader and contacted Oliver Mosier at FPS. Base on his attitude, years of experience and knowlwdge of ALL motorcycles we closed this out of state sale within 30 minutes.
I was greeted and picked up at the Airport, given a cold bottle of water, and experienced on of my most pleasant transactions in buying a bike.
They have a beautiful facility in Kennesaw and being a seasoned Rider for years have already told several friends who are not afraid to purchase out of state about them.
GREAT service from the moment I walked in to waving riding off their lot!

"I've been looking at the Can-Am Spyders for a while now. I finally test rode one after work last Friday and wound up buying it the same night. Oliver was fantastic to work with! Super nice, knowlegeable, and honest. After signing all the paperwork for my new black/platinum Spyder, I walked out of the office to leave (was having a pipe put on and picking it up the next day) someone was rolling in a red Spyder (which was not on the floor when I picked out mine). I instantly fell in love with the color and Oliver offered to re-do my paperwork so I could have the red Spyder. Couldn't believe how easy he made it for me to get the bike I truly loved. When we showed up the next day to pick it up, they had a BBQ/music/bikini bike wash/trick rider event going on (lots of fun!). Oliver spotted us from inside the store and came out to meet us and see me off on my new Spyder aka 'Stacey'. (Yes, I already named her. :) Would definitely recommend this dealership. Make sure you ask for Oliver!"

I came all the way from Crossville,Tn to pick it up. went there and in 30 min or less i was on my way back home. Very fast and he did everything he said he would do. "Bought a 2011 Victory Cross Roads from Freedom Powersports. Great experience. Love the motorcycle. Would recommend anyone looking for a Victory, Polaris, Suzuki or Triumph to go by there. "FPS of Kennesaw gave me the best motorcycle purchasing experience ever. Walked into showroom back in March of 2011 just to lay eyes on the new Thunderbird, but only because Triumph was not making an appearance at the MC show in Greenville SC. Once I arrived at FPS I realized how much I didn't need the show afterall. Amazing faciltiy (but very much looking forward to a new Cumming facility in the future). I had been on the fence for about a year considering a few different bikes, but once I threw a leg over the TBird again there was no way the smile could be knocked off my face! Oliver picked up on this and simply offered a deal that no sane person could walk away from. Harrison and his associate also helped me through a few struggles with options and accessories, but all worked out perfect thanks to their expert advise. Has also helped me after the sale with additional accessory purchases, and really made it easy by having them shipped over to the Cumming store for my convenience. Chris in service also spent a great deal of time with me going over the bike setup, answers all my many questions and concerns, and providing me with the highest level of customer service before and after delivery. The real icing on the cake was the personal attention I received and having my new ride delivered to me at home. Chris and his team also did a great job during my first 500 mile service visit, and really appreciate the ease of scheduling and short time it took to complete. Lastly, everyone at FPS of Kennesaw really gave me an incredible buying experience second to none. FSP of Kennesaw really does have "the whole package".

"The entire staff has been great, from the service folks who got my bike in and out for service in under 5 hours; to the parts and accessories people who bent over backwards to be helpful, answer questions, and make suggestions; to the sales staff who were very patient with all my questions about my "next bike," and even checked the weather channel for alerts when I was starting out for home under heavy cloud cover. Three family members have visited Freedom's service and parts departments since the new owners took over, and we have all been more than pleased. This has not always been the case with other dealerships. We definitely plan to continue to do business with Freedom in the future."

"I recently purchased my first street bike. A Victory Kingpin from Freedom Powersports. I saw the bike online and contacted the sales department first thing Tuesday morning. Stephen was on point. I was assisted with everything from finance to accessories to loading it on the trailer. A month passed and I brought the bike in for the first service. I was somewhat dissappointed with the wait.(3+hours) Anthony stepped up to the plate. He allowed me to watch the tech do the service and ask questions as he went. No question went unanswered and I learned a lot. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.
On the way home from servicing the bike, the left hiway peg fell off. I was hot! I called Anthony to complain, but he simply said no problem, bring us whats left...and your new set is being placed on order...no charge. WOW. No questions, no red tape, no excuses, just excellent customer service. I look forward to my next visit. As long as this continues I'll be a customer for life.
I've already spread the name and experience to everyone who would listen.

"The staff at Freedom Powersports is first rate. I'll buy my next bike from here! Although I didn't buy my bike from here, I have been treated great. Recently I showed up with a flat tire from my Burgman at 6pm, closing time. Staff stayed open and took care of me by ordering the tire and writing up the work order. Staff stayed about 20 minutes to ensure I was taken care of.
We so often complain of poor customer service that I feel I must commend the great folks here for their great work. "

"Well.. if the Dealerships rating was HIGHER... I would have voted Higher... It all started when I wanted a HD (we all know those letters ) and have been wanting one for sometime. My wife took me on a ride and said she wanted to show me something and to keep my mind "OPEN" so she took me to Freedom powersports, where she showede me the Victory motorcycle. I HIMM HAWWWED around for awhile and said it's just NOT a HD... well I went by a couple more times and REALLY got to lookin at them closer. I went to the HD dealership and i BASICALLY had to.."TAKE A NUMBER"..well my number came up and I test drove one, liked the ride.. A couple days later I went to Freedom and looked around, and REALLY liked the looks of the Victory, I went back later and met a Gentleman by the nickname "Pic", we started talking and Jim (the owner) came by and we all started talking. Pic said take one for a ride, so I did... WOW !!! I said I wanted one, the HARDEST thing that I had to do, was pick a color, I asked the wife to help, she said.." Get the blue one to match my eyes" well.. guess what !! I got the blue one. After finally picking the color, Pic helped me Accesorize my new SWEEEET RIDE, not only did he help me, he gave me some pointers and opinions. Once all that was done..2 days later, Pic called and said, come get your ride. I am SOOOOO HAPPY that I bought this bike verses the "OTHER" one, what a GREAT and EASY Experience....
